The Twin Rivers 4th of July Festival starts at 12:30 at Farmers Market Parking Lot at 8th & Merchant St. and the Twin Rivers 4th of July Street Dance & Fireworks Viewing Street Dance begins at dark at the Farmers Market Parking Lot.
